No fee for an ACH transaction.

We ask that you limit each debit or credit card transaction to $1,000 and ACH payment to $4,000.

Debit card authorizations for payments will be credited as follows:

If authorized before 11:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday (except on Federal Holidays), payments will post to your account within the next business day. Payment made after 11:00 pm CST, Monday- Friday (except on Federal Holidays), will typically post to your loan within 2 business days. For example, payments authorized before 11:00 pm on Monday will be posted to the loan account no later than Tuesday; payments
authorized after 11:00 pm on Monday will be posted to the loan account no later than Wednesday. Payoff amounts may change depending on the time of payment authorization.

Other ways to make a payment

  • Mail in a check or money order with a payment coupon to: P.O. Box 29527, Greensboro, NC 27429.
  • In person at our branch located at 1823 Banking Street, Greensboro, NC 27408. (For after-hours payments, you may utilize the night drop box located in the first drive thru lane.)
  • Visit a Co-op Shared Branch. (To find the nearest location, please visit: CO-OP Credit Unions)
  • eDeposit a check or money order to one of your deposit accounts and transfer to your loan.
  • Payroll Deduction
  • Electronic Transfer (ACH Payments) *Contact us.
    • Recurring – No fee
    • One-time initiated by us – $5.00 processing fee
    • One-time initiated online $0 processing fee
  • Bill pay service.
